Welcome to Utah Administrative Rules Online
An administrative rule is an agency's written statement that has the effect of law. Administrative rules affect your life in many ways--the tint on your windshield, the fire in your fireplace, the questions you ask prospective employees, etc.
- Find current rules in the Utah Administrative Code.
- Find proposed rules in the Utah State Bulletin including rules open for public comment.
- Find emergency rules in effect on the emergency rule page.
- Find scheduled rule hearings on the administrative rule hearings page.
State agencies can find information about the Title 63 and Title 78 recodifications on the "Agency Resources" page.
On June 26, 2008, Governor Huntsman announced the "Working 4 Utah" initiative. As part of the initiative, the Department of Administrative Services' offices are open for business from 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Thursday, with some noted exceptions. Our offices are closed on Friday. If you have questions about our office hours, please call 801-538-3764.
